Research Workshop for the Open Science Resources (OSR) Project

On Friday, 2nd of March we will hold a research workshop in order to evaluate the mobile client for the project portal "osrportal.eu", a repository for digital educational resources for science centers and museums. In cooperation with local researchers, teachers and companies we plan to evaluate the current state of the project in a hands-on session with various mobile devices and explore possibilities concerning the future development of the project. Bahtijar Vogel successfully defends his Licentiate thesis

On January 16th Bahtijar Vogel successfully defended his licentiate thesis in computer science entitled "Architectural Concepts: Implications for the Design and Implementation of Web and Mobile Applications to Support Inquiry Learning" . The opponent was Professor Tommi Mikkonen, Department of Software Systems, Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland.
